• In such cases, you must report the issue to our customer support team on the same day of receiving your order.
• Our team may request photos or videos of the damaged or spoiled item for verification purposes before processing a replacement.
2. Refund & Return Policy
As our products are perishable food items, refunds or returns are not possible once the order has been delivered. We ensure that all items are packed and dispatched under strict quality standards to maintain freshness.
3. Order Cancellation
• Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after they have been processed or dispatched.
• If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support immediately after placing it. We will accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the preparation or shipping stage.
